Dear Readers,
I apologize for falling out of touch. It’s not that the world of Paradise Lust has ceased to exist–The Book Case named it one of the 25 Best Books of 2011; I had a unique interview with The Amish Jihadist; and most recently I was very proud to discover that my book has its very own Wikipedia page. But I will admit to a certain level of hibernation these past winter months. Chalk it up to cylical nature of the Garden of Eden, which I discuss here.
But rest assured: Paradise Lust is back for an early spring this weekend, at the Tucson Festival of Books in Tucson, Arizona. This Saturday, 1pm, I’ll be teaching a workshop on telling true stories with style, then at 4pm I’m participating in an “Eden Seekers” panel discussion, with two other authors who write about searching for paradise in various ways. I’m excited to be joining such an impressive lineup of authors and events…and to get a little sunshine!
